Messages sent through the project inquiry form are processed through AWS and delivered to EJ Jung's email inbox. They are used only for professional correspondence.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or legally privileged information through the form. If a conversation requires confidential information, it should be shared later through an appropriate agreed-upon channel.
Data Retention
- Inquiry messages are kept for up to two years after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is needed for an active project or required by law.
- Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics according to the site's Google Analytics data retention settings.
- Server and error logs are retained briefly by hosting providers for security purposes.
Your Rights and Choices
